The following terms and conditions apply to users of this website and its associated store, WooCommerce, and scheduling service, Acuity Scheduling.
Courses and individual appointments do not constitute psychotherapy nor should they be considered as financial, medical, or legal advice. The client assumes full responsibility for how they choose to use the information provided.
All purchases of prerecorded or downloadable products and courses are final.
Courses conducted in real-time group sessions are non-refundable once they begin. If the purchaser wishes to cancel course participation before the start of the course the full course fees minus financial transaction fees will be refunded.
Should the client wish to book an urgent appointment (usually available within 15 days of the request subject to the service provider’s availability) the applicable surcharge is as below, to be added at the time of booking:
- €100 for a 45-minute or 60-minute session
- €150 for a 90-minute session
Appointments can be rescheduled directly by the client without penalty up to 48 hours before the session by clicking on the green Cancel/Change button on each confirmation and reminder email.

An appointment cancelled within 3-7 days of the session is refundable minus financial transaction fees and a €50 administration fee. Within 48 hours the client cannot reschedule their appointment and must contact the service provider directly to arrange a new appointment.
Late cancellations and no-shows penalise the service provider, therefore, cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Appointments that need to be cancelled within 48 hours can be rescheduled subject to a rebooking fee as compensation for lost time and the future time that needs to be allocated to a new appointment. The client must contact the service provider within 24 hours of the missed appointment to request their session be manually rescheduled for the next publicly available date as listed on this website’s associated scheduling service Acuity Scheduling.
The rescheduling fees are as follows:
- €50 for a 45-minute session
- €75 for a 60-minute session
- €100 for a 90-minute session
The term client refers to the person purchasing a product or paying for a service via this website or any other means.
The term service provider refers to Susan Hopkinson in her capacity as teacher, counselor, astrologer, and content provider.
